Service availability depends on crew schedule, equipment, and jobsite conditions.
2. Estimates
All estimates are preliminary and may change after on-site inspection due to material thickness, reinforcement, accessibility, or hidden utilities.
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Clients must ensure the jobsite is safe and accessible at the scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We may reschedule work due to unsafe conditions or weather.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
– Provide accurate information about jobsite conditions
– Disclose utilities, pipes, electrical lines, or reinforcements
– Ensure proper permits are obtained
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by undisclosed structural issues or hidden utilities.
5. Payments
Payment terms are stated in your invoice or service agreement.
Additional charges may apply for unexpected conditions or extra labor/equipment.
Payment is typically due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
6. Disclaimer & Liability
Services are performed according to industry standards.
However, we do not guarantee the condition of existing materials or structures.
TX33 Drilling Division is not liable for:
– Indirect or consequential damages
– Pre-existing structural weaknesses
– Hidden utilities or reinforcements
– Delays caused by factors outside our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
